Region 11117 decayed and is rotating out of view at the northwest limb. Flares: C1.8 at 03:18 and C5.7 at 04:31 UTC. Region 11120 is growing rapidly, has developed several new spots and may be capable of producing C flares. GOES X-ray flux: There was a short duration C class flare today at ~0500 UTC. Flux is now at the border between A (quiet) and B (very quiet) class. CMEs: No obviously Earth directed CMEs were seen in LASCO or STEREO images. in the past two days.
