MP: The OCT052009 load was approved yesterday. S/C: All quiet. This afternoon we'll run CAP1136, part of the MUPS firing parameter update. SIGNIFICANT SOLAR ACTIVITY: At midnight there was 1 spotted region on the visible solar disk. Region 11027decayed further and lost penumbra on the single spot. The region will soon rotate out of view. GOES X-ray flux: One short duration B class event, not threatening. CMEs: none. GOT/IST: The TST room A/C isn't working, but we've opened the doors and turned on our auxiliary. The result: OK temperature for now. Maintenance is checking out the building unit.
