Finish obsid 12003, an ACIS-S observation of the redshift 1.41 cluster of galaxies ISCS J1438+3414 to test the cluster scaling relations at high redshift. Go through perigee passage, measuring ACIS external cal source on ingress and egress. Then do obsid 12001, an ACIS-I observation of the cluster of galaxies SPT-CL 0534-5005, as part of a survey of clusters discovered via the Sunyaev-Zeldovich effect by the south pole telescope. Products for OCT1209B passed all reviews yesterday, should be signed off and loaded to data base this morning. At the afternoon pass we will run CAP 1137 to do the "long firing" test of the new MUPS firing parameters. Will also execute the pre-approved CAP for the monthly ephemeris update. FA6 heater permanent turn-off was approved at the FD CCB yesterday. ACIS team and the science community thank everyone for their work and persistence in this effort. Monday Oct 12 is a federal holiday. NO 9am status meeting.
