Emerge from perigee and do obsid 12560, and ACIS-I observation of the supernova remnant G296.1-0.5 to study the structure of the progenitor star wind being swept up by the explosion. Then do obsid 12309, an ACIS-I observation of the cluster of galaxies SLJ1634.1+5639, as part of a sample of clusters detected via weak gravitational lensing, to calibrate the scaling of the X-ray properties and test proxies for the mass. Then do obsid 12847, an ACIS-S observation of the young radio source 0035+227 as part of a sample to characterize the X-ray properties, study feedback, and search for an FR I/FR II division. NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS --------------------- As you can tell from the name of this report, Today is DAY 4100 of the Chandra mission. May we be less than half-way through. From the 9am status meeting: Two supports over the last 24 hours, no issues. One stored command sequence uplinked, on-board loads good until 289:13:15. Oct 2510 products in preparation. Solar protons are at background level and the sun is expected to remain quiet.
