We expect to release products early this afternoon for review tomorrow. S/C: The MUPS parameter update CAP went well yesterday. Our next momentum unload will probably be next week, done with the new parameters. SIGNIFICANT SOLAR ACTIVITY: At midnight there was 1 spotted region, 11029, on the visible solar disk. It decayed somewhat with several spots disappearing and simplified magnetically as there is no obvious polarity intermixing. Short duration flares yesterday: C1.2 at 05:00, C1.2 at 07:24, C1.7 at 09:24, C1.4 at 10:21 and C1.1 at 11:00 UTC. This sunspot has been crackling with minor C-class solar flares since it emerged a few days ago. NOAA forecasters estimate a 5% chance of an M-class flare in the next 24 hours. GOES X-ray flux: One very brief C class flare today at ~0100 UTC. CMEs: none.
