Continue running load SEP2611A. Continue OBSID 12829, an ACIS-S/HETG
observation of the QSO MR 2251-178 to study the high ionization
outflow, the properties of the warm absorber, and connection to the
UV absorber using a simultaneous HST observation.

NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS
---------------------
We are switching to an automated system for generating these reports.
During the change-over (which may last for some time) the sot_shift
reports may be sporadic.

From the 9am status meeting:
Three supports over the past day. No issues. 

The OCT0311A products are out for review at 11am EDT this morning.

ACE soft protons continue slow decline to background levels, currently
about 10 times background, and no solar activity of immediate concern.

The SOP and Script to uplink the ACIS patch to recognize high
radiation events was approved by the FD CCB yesterday. ACIS has
identified requirements for a comm to uplink the patch.
