SCS 128 appeared as not disabled after the attitude update. A dump revealed that this appeared to be an attitude update command but this should not have been loaded as an ATS. During uplink of IPS4 command loads there were problems getting commands up to S/C (get double CAR verifiers); attributed to PTP at OAS.
