NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

Thermal preparing CAP to help assess effects of OBA and HRMA (Periscope) thermal 
control on FID lite stability. Sequence will be as follows: 

    Turn OBA Thermal control OFF 
    Wait 1/2 hour 
    Turn HRMA thermal control OFF (incl periscope) 
    Wait 1/2 hour 
    Turn HRMA and OBA thermal control back ON 

ACA will monitor FID lite stability during this procedure 
Expect to execute it Friday after exit fron radiation belts. 

Ball authorized to prepare patch for ACA PEA software to improve FID lite 
tracking ability (do not respond to rapid anomalous fil lite 
motions caused by cosmic ray hits). Would like to test patch next perigee 
which requires patch to be built, verified, delivered. Also need 
to generate command loads to uplink it (Eric Martin).
