NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

1) After SSD opening we noted a large decrease in ACA 
   stray light, as expected.

2) Attitude during initial post-SSD fine attitide
   update period (before maneuver) was 
   RA = 79.935534, DEC = -60.728699, ROLL = 121.121882

3) Problem with first dither attempt at 225:0032. Frequency
   was incorrect, causing very low short term dither amplitudes
   due to long dither periods (1 yr). Will correct and re-run.

4) Star acquisition anomaly after second nudge maneuver (225:0226).
   Lost 2 stars during nudge. Acquisition of 2 new stars failed,
   possibly due to edit of onboard star catalog. 
   Decided to dump onboard star catalog per CAP 245
   then proceed with NPM checkout.

5) Entry to NPM at 225:0335 acquired only 4 of 5 stars. Dumped
   onboard OBC catalog using CAP 245 as a diagnostic.
