At the end of the maneuver in CAP 274 the ACA failed to acquire
2 of the 3 fid-lights. ACIS decides to continue into CAP 269 - Focus
and Plate Scale Measurement while PCAD/ACA team trouble-shoots. 
Analysis reveals that one fid-light position was for a light that is
not on and for the other a sign was missed in calculating the fid-light
position. This can be fixed by commanding normal maneuver mode,
updating the catalog, then re-commanding normal point mode. This was
performed using CAP 277.

Shortly after the start of CAP 269, CXC Cal/MP provided updated values
for the desired SIM focus positions and were further updated following
the start of the second focus position. The updated positions were
red-lined into CAP 269:

A daily load ATS was loaded into SCS 129 and activated; it should
start at ~27:11:03. This should issue the ACIS stop science for the
last of the plate focus points (OBSID 62549). The SCS slots used in
CAP 269 were cleared before the end of the last science run
