NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

1) 3:00pm Status Meeting: This meeting will be held every Monday, Wednesday
   and Friday to go over mission status. Points made were:
   
        - Current load runs thru 229:1700 (1:00pm EDT Tuesday)
        - Need to plan for getting dump data analyzed quickly for
          optical axis determination. 
        - Need this data for ACA Plate focus measurements to be done
          in segment 3 load starting day ~229:1900.
        - Offline aspect solution improving. Is as good as on-board
          now, but needs to be better than on-board. Will keep working
          various issues.

2) HRC-I HV Turn-on planning meeting:
        - Decided to allot 1 hour for HRC-I HV turn-on, approx.
              229:1810 - 229:1910
        - OBSID for this activity will be 62449
        - To be done in real time contact via CAP, written by HRC team
        - HRC CAP will go to format 1 for this activity, then return
          to format 2.
        - Discussion of risks was held. HRC will turn off all HV, incl
          anti-coincidence shield HV, manually several hours before
          entry into rad zone. Existing SCS's do not turn off anti-co HV.

3) Continued problems with star acquisition. Being worked actively.
