It also starts an internal cal. source observation. The plan is to start this ~20 minutes after radiation zone exit. Expect to be mostly in format 1 from this time until the daily load starts. Assigned OBSID 62448 to this activity. NOTE: All new OBSIDs must be coordinated with ASC-MP so the listing can be updated. ACIS is nominally ready to begin colecting data with the start of the next daily load but it would be useful to run SOP 61044 before this to turn on ACIS video boards and start clocking out data, at least 2000 seconds before picking up the Segment 3 sequence. Tentative plan is to work to a segment 3 start time of 233:00:00 GMT, (8:00pm EDT) although this might shift forward ~1 hour. Given this start time the daily load should be available for review at 232:12:00 GMT (8:00am EDT) and a deadline for coments is 232:16:00 GMT (noon EDT). All load review meetings will be held in the Action Room. The first observation of the load should be the Cas A "first-light" image. We must make sure that in the review of the daily load that: 1. Adequate time for the bias frames is included in the observation time so that we don't cut short the 5ks of image. 2. The current best value for the SIM focus position is used.
