We notified Scott Wolk, SOT M&TA, who will investigate and report back within one hour. Eric Martin looked at the data. He sees an event that lasted about ten minutes. Scott reports that this monitor is computed from data over two major frames, so if there is a TLM drop during that time, such a flag would be created. A more thorough analysis by Eric confirms that this is most likely a TLM dropout. At 233:2245, we plan to update the OBC ephemeris. New P4 load set for start time of 1999:233:08:35:00.000. Final review meeting was held at 8:30 pm EDT. Plan: next load (p5) to be out for review at 8 am EDT Sat, final review at noon.
