At shift start we are AOS on Canberra - OBSID 1227 running

We believe that the ACA is repeatedly searching for a star in slot 7
because what it has found is brighter (Mag 7.94) than the bright limit
in the catalog (Mag 7.98), expected ACA Mag of 9.59. 

There are no longer any runners. All CAPs, flight notes, schedule
info, etc. will be distributed into "mail slots" just inside the door
to the control room. This slot should be checked before the 9am
Standup Status Meeting for CAPs and other items that will be discussed
at that meeting and at other times throughout the day.

PCAD wishes to test the FSW patch which moves mission SCS 193 to
protected  SCS 38 (ACA reset) during the contact this afternoon. We
have arranged with the ACIS team to do this just after the maneuver
for OBSID 207. The spacecraft will be put to normal maneuver mode, SCS
38 will be activated and then the spacecraft will be put into normal
point mode. The time for all this should be no more than a few
minutes. P. Quast is generating a CAP for this activity - expected
execution time 237:23:11 GMT (7:11pm EDT).
