NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

1) Up AOS it was noted that we had acquired only 1 of 3 FIDS.
   After reviewing the data it was determined that the 
   commands issued (out of contact) were correct, but that
   the HRC door had been partially open (30 deg) thus obscuring
   two of the FIDS (HRC-I 3 and 4). A real time CAP was run successfully
   (CAP 363) to acquire the three FIDS. When this CAP ran 4 of 5 stars were 
   acquired,then 1 was lost. This 4th star was re-acquired later after
   about 4 minutes. This star had a camera magnitude of 10.1.

2) A Flight directors board telecon will be held at 4:00pm today to
   go over proposed changes to the ACA K constants to help acquisition
   of faint stars.
