Level II board telecon.
	Approved loading the OBC-B with the new SI safing action.

	The board approved proceeding with a test of the continuous
dither patch on Monday, with the proviso that the patch would then be
backed out. The concern with leaving it operating was whether all  
the implications of changes to the ground mission planning had been 
considered and verified.
