From the 9am Status meeting:
The patch to use the B-side potentiometer for LETG has
been installed and proper operation of the LETG has been
verified. 
The on-board ephemeris has been uplinked. New orbital 
elements are as follows:
time of perigee:		343:20:15:15.9884
Period:				    63:30:26.6265 h:m:s.s
eccentricity:			  0.795870566770
argument of perigee:		279.7344246 deg
RA of ascending node:		182.8183864 deg
inclination:			 28.8453654 deg

the SOE files are not in the archive.
