Continue P25D load: Obsid 1248: HRC-S LETG observation of Capella

Run CAP 502 to read FEP0 diagnostic data.

During the next Comm pass at 1:00am (local), the ACIS real-time intervention
team plans to run CAPs 503A and 504.  These will do a stop science, de-install
the FEP0 patch, restart DEA housekeeping, and then start an event histogram run.
