At 1631, we see 3 fids, 4 stars(as requested), obsid 1170, LETG in. This observation
is "NORMAL STARS AND WD", conducted by CALIBRATION. It uses HRC-S with
LETG. The target is HZ43.

We signed an ATS for HRC no longer to go automatically into dither on rad zone exit.

ACIS will do slow readout tests on Sunday Nov 14. The command loads
have been generated and approved. The CAPs are still in process,per
Andy Northrup. Exact time of test is not known by this writer
yet. Extra DSN time is being negotiated.

The next load, P26, is to start on 318:0620. It will be reviewed at
1:00 pm EST today. 

The Leonid plan is to point at the precise antiradiant direction for
+/- 6 hrs around the time of peak flux and +/- 7 hrs near the
antiradiant bracketing that. ACIS will be collecting data.
