PLAN Continue running p26b. Performing OBSID 376, ACIS-S observation of PKS2126-158. At 17:18 will perform CTI measurement, prior to entering radiation belts at 19:58. Upon exiting belts at 321:06:20, We will perform the slow transfer to frame-store experiment. Got an additional comm support just after the Leonid shower long comm. First chance for testing the emergency safing script would be prior to the next radiation belt entry after the Leonid encounter -- about 323:10:30. However, it is unlikely we can get it all tested and approved through level II board by that time. It will be run on ASVT this afternoon. Meanwhile, the previous certified version of this script, rev 3.1, will be executed if needed for emergency safing. New release of ONLS and OFLS (8.0) is expected any moment. ASVT will be reconfigured to run on string 2, (thus can't be used during real time contact when string 2 must be a hot backup), and string 3 will be setup in a permanent test configuration. This greatly eases configuration management issues of the strings vis a vis testing new releases. No impacts on MPS. -------------------------------------------------------pool14/chandra/chandra.snap: No such file or directory unagi-4: more /pool14/chandra/chandra.snapshot UTC 1999:320:13:11:01 (Tue Nov 16) R km 102707D OBT 1999:320:07:59 Dan Schwartz, MS #3 das@head-cfa.harvard.edu phone: (617)495-7232 FAX: (617)495-7356 cell phone: (617)512-5627 pager: 800-759-8352 PIN 1636502 or e-mail 1636502@skytel.com -------------------------------------------------------
