NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

The current focus location for the HRC is at -899 (-900
requested). The plate focus results suggest that the best focus is at
-1.273 mm for the "launch lock" position (FA position 172); this
should be a FA position of -700. The focus position should be adjusted
during the maneuver at the start of P10 so that the observations occur
at the "best" estimate of the focus.
