Plan: Run P11 Load.

Status/Plans:

   - LETG was retracted at ~GMT 249:12:00; the retraction did enduce a
     measureable motion of the spacecraft.  The Kodak engineers believe
     they understand this and are writing a flight note on it.
   - Enter radiation belts at 249:10:27:52
   - ACIS-I is put back at the focal position
   - Exit radiation belts and start first ACIS observation at
     249:19:58:28 (OBSID = 50)
   - AOS through Madrid at 22:30
   - confirmed that OBSID 50 was in progress, WT000192014 is the current
     PB, the I-array is up.  Since this is the first science run after
     perigee, the delta overclocks are rather high, ranging from -23 on
     I0c3 to -72 on I2c3.

NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

1) The next load (P12) is in production.  It is shaping up much faster
   than P11, due to the lessons learned in P11. The beginning of this
   DOT will put the LETG back in and more data will be acquired with
   LETG/HRC-S. This will be a COMPLICATED DOT from the ACIS standpoint.  
   We will execute many ERs during this one and therefore this DOT will 
   need a careful review.  This DOT will include the 4 science runs at 
   -110 C in Event Histogram Mode observing the external cal source with 
   the command and data clocks enabled and disabled.  It will include 
   4 CAL ERs from science mission planning while HRC-I conducts four 
   20ks observations.  And it will include 2 ACT ERs which will command
   long Event Histogram runs while the HRC-I performs short (2-3ks)
   observations back-to-back.  So, a lot of commanding for us to check.
   Tomorrow, TUESDAY the 7th will be a big review day (PPP).

2) Load P13 may include a coordinated Chandra/HST observation with 
   HRC-S/LETG.  So, we will have one more shot to get the science runs
   for -120 C done while in FMT 1 while an HRC-S observation is ongoing(PPP).
