Shift coverage only for contact with observatory to verify nominal
operation of science mission.

At AOS the OBSID was 1104 (as expected) and ACIS was clocking
CCDs. The ACA had acquired 3 fid-lights and 5 stars. The HRC-S MCP HV
was on and at the stand-by ("half") level.
