NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

We had trouble getting TLM until 2251, when the ACA display looked
good. The first attempt at SSR dump did not work out well, since the
bandwidth was so small on DSS-27, so we terminated the dump, reset the
pointers and switched over to DSS-24. Then we restarted the dump, to
be completed in about 30 minutes.
