NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

Shift coverage only for contact with observatory to verify nominal
operation of science mission.

At AOS we were just at the end of OBSID 1109. ACA had 3 fid-lights and
5 stars. Shortly after this we started up a new OBSID 1110. ACIS
started up normally. ACA once again finds 3 fid-lights and 5 stars.

The HRC has the HRC-S MCP HV on but at a stand-by level.
