    PRAM and SRAM dumps.Then back to fmt 1 and do SSR dump.

NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS 
--------------------- 

1) At AOS the spacecraft configuration was nominal. It was in NMM
   with OBSID = 463. The SIM TSC was at -99616 and the FA at -747. 
   There were no stars or FIDS observed (due to being in NMM).

2) ACIS executed CAP 399 to dump their PRAM and SRAM ( Program RAM
   and Sequencer RAM) as a diagnostic procedure.
