NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

Since the transmitter could not be turned off before the previous LOS,
contact was established early.

SIM translation introduced enough of a disturbance to cause the loss
of 2 stars in the ACA. Re-acquired all 5 stars after normal point mode
was re-commanded.

Initial P13 load needed to have more time between the radiation zone
exit and the switch from HRC-I to HRC-S. The radiation zone exit ER
will be moved 5 minutes earlier in time.
