At AOS, 2144, SCSs 136, 137, 151, 159, 187, 190, 191, 207, and 233
were all disabled.

ACIS is planning CAPs for OBSID 62428 - ACIS Diagnostics, TE faint on
S2-S3, and OBSID 62427 - ACIS Diagnostics, event histogram, S array.
