NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

1) At AOS the spacecraft configuration was nominal. It was in Normal Point mode
   with OBSID = 68 (pointing at NGC 2516). The SIM TSC was at -99616 (HRC-S) and 
   the FA at -949. There were 5 stars observed and 3 FIDs. The attitude was:
 
        RA:    119.578955
        DEC:   -60.766138
        ROLL:  126.721928

   Format was 1. LETG was OUT, but MCE voltages were ON.
