On the dump prior to uplinking the patch, we got CB4E, not correct, looks like
bad TLM, so we do the dump again. On the second try, the dump
confirmed the correct readback. Next, proceed with uplinking per CAP
446. Post uplink dump OK, and ACA is tracking satisfactorily.

We now need to consider how often we check to see that the patch is
still working, and we need to make the patch a part of PEA startup. We
also notified Flight Software that it's been accomplished.


Summary from 9 am meeting

Ron Felice has a candidate for the deputy Flight Operations Manager
position. Dan Muleady will be returning to TRW west on Sunday. A
software class by Linda Yester needs to be arranged.

Chuck Smith has CAP 446 for ACA PEA patch 39 on his desk for FD
approval (it was approved at 9:45 am, thanks, Roger!). We plan to
uplink it during the pass beginning at 3:30 pm EDT today.

The Cmd1 server had a panic and reboot(again) - an HPR is
contemplated.

Ken Gage has rebuilt p17c out for review, with approval meeting
scheduled for noon. Kevin is working p18, status not yet known.
