NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

1) We had problems coming up on DSS-16 at 271:0000. Problem was traced to
   their end and a DR will be filed. 


2) Chandra configuration at 271:0020 was as follows:

       This configuration was incorrect beacuse the format was 4 instead of 2.



3) E-mail from Mike Garcia pertaining to tomorrow's plan: 

        A tentative observing plan for tomorrow PM, to begin sometime after
        attitude initialization is complete, it to carry out a small (~15
        degree) maneuver, insert the HETG, and move the SIM to ACIS-S, and
        begin science observations (not necessarily in that order).  This
        would then implement (via r/t CAPs) a high priority GTO observation of
        E0102-72.3

        This tentative plan has been approved by RJB as of 7:00pm tonight.  

        Note that the COMM for tomorrow has been extended from 7AM until
        9PM (EDT), so there should be time to carry out the HRC teams
        wish to partially close the HRC door. 

        The OR for the E0102-72.3 observation (somewhat irrelevant since this
        will happen via R/T CAPs) is:
