Continue running P19d, finish passage through radiation belts, 
	perform ACIS CTI measurements.

EVENTS

NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS
We think CAP 446 to load patch 39 has still not been run.
This patch to the ACA software prevents the fid light loss. It
needs to be run in NPM tracking stars and fids, and that
doesn't happen again until after 273:20:45  (4:45pm today).
The next comm passes after that are very
short ones at 3:20am and 1:50 pm on Friday -- I don't know
how long the load actually takes.

HRC has prepared CAP 460 to open their door, prior to 
the series of AR LAC gain measurements which will take 
place in load P20.
