PLAN
Continue running load APR0400b. Finish, OBSID 0433
of MCG -6-30-15 with ACIS-S/HETG, Then do the followup Cyg X-3, TOO
OBSID 426, with ACIS-S/HETG at ~4pm to 10pm EDT today. 
Then do ACIS-S observations of UM 425, (OBSID 819) and NGC 4406
(OBSIDs 963 and 318) prior to the CTI measurements entering perigee.

NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS
ACE low energy proton rates are an on-going concern.  They are within
a factor of a few of where we would want to safe ACIS. 

16:27  Protons are increasing rapidly. 
We should prepare to POSSIBLY safe ACIS at next comm,
