Initial downlink at 512 kbps with fill data was good quality, but quality degraded when SSR playback commenced. The data rate was reduced to 256 kbps for SSR playback, which improved data quality. This data problem was documented in DR A04586 at DSN. 6) Eric Martin has prepared a SOP for OC monitoring of ACE proton flux and fluence, which will be distributed to SOT lead members for review.
