(OBSID 27). Then do ACIS-S observations of Q0254-334 (OBSID 135) and
the Crab Nebula (OBSID 772), and ACIS-I observation of BL Lac (OBSID
139) and the M31 Transient (OBSID 308).

NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS
Notes from 9am tagup meeting:
	Solar protons have continued to decrease over the last 3 days,
by a factor of 100. There was a big CME on Feb 12 which could hit
today. Mike Juda reports that HRC data taken during the highest ACE
solar proton rates showed flaring background events which appeared as
filling the detector. These may not affect point sources, and would
probably allow much more than half the data to be used for any
purpose.
	FEB2000 load under development. Seems routine but some time
constrained/ coordinated observations will take some time to work
in. The tagup to review the problems in OFLS 8.0 testing is therefore
put off, TBD pending the FOT/Mission planners finishing present loads.
	Tomorrow afternoon, 1pm in the action room, starts the
discussion on how guide and acquisition stars are to be
selected. Marilyn Newhouse will be here,available through Friday
morning, to present how it works and assess actions.
	Three quick look images available. Others are held up by lack
of update to the archive.
	Reran CAP 552 to dump the CPE warm start count. This count
was reset to 1, and has been holding.
