NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

1) Chandra snapshot browser is NOT working due to a failed disk. 
   Rob in the process of fixing it.  

2) SCS 160 for lowering the ACIS focal plane temperature setpoint to -130C
   was executed today so the SCS was cleared.  Current ACIS focal plane temp.
   is -120.7C and slowly moving downward.
