PLAN:

  Execute CAP 543 to reset the ACIS Focal Plane.

SUMMARY:

  The bad news is that we appear to have really bottomed out at -123
C. Dave Balke reports from the overnight pass that the focal plane
was at -122.6 C at 015:07:00 and we are at -122.0 at the beginning of 
this pass. The focal plane setpoint was set to -130 C.  Before
Christmas, we set the focal set point at -126 C and achieved a
temperature of -122.9 C.

  Once again all the ACIS realtime activities went "exactly as planned."


1) CAP 543 sends one command to change the focal plane setpoint to
-110 C.  The command was sent at 015:14:22.


2) ACIS temperatures

   Realize these are hard to interpret because the Focal Plane
temperature readouts are backlogged in the TLM stream whereas the
other temperature reflect the current value.
