Doing OBSID 319 NORMAL GALAXIES, ACIS-S, no grating. EVENTS DONE OBSID -------------- ---- ----- ACA has 3 fids, 5 stars 1451 319 9 AM meeting report ------------------- There is a TOO, the Vela pulsar, which had a sudden change in spin rate, interpreted as a starquake, on Jan. 16, as seen in radio. We hope to uplink the TOO load at the next pass, 5-8 pm tonight. The observation would be done tomorrow, with the maneuver starting at 019:23:18. The work on the load is going well, and Kevin is hoping to produce products by about noon. Darrell reports that there were 3 supports, and 4 dumps, and we uplinked a portion of the current load. We had a data problem with the IDR, losing 42,500 VCDUs. We are trying to recover that data, which got to the ground but didn't get to us. We are evaluating proposed changes to protocol that would verify receipt of the SSR dump before resetting the pointers. Ken reports the next regular load is being impacted by the TOO, but projects no serious problem. The OFLS Rel. 8 is in test, ready to generate command loads. We asked when the continuous dither patch will be uplinked - the answer is awaited. Evaluation of QL data done at 017:16:30 -------------------------------------------- The following observations from the last ten days should be available for review. If there is no comment after the entry, it means the image has not yet appeared in the book.
