PLAN
Continue running load JAN2300b. Come out of the radiation belts,
perform ACIS CTI measurements, do OBSID 864, ACIS-S of NGC 4945 and
OBSID 127, HRC-S/LETG of the VELA Pulsar.

At the 13:15 comm, we will perform CAP 547 to upload the continuous
dither patch to OBC-A, and CAP 533a to load the continuous dither patch
into OBC-B.

NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS

Only tracking 4 stars -- this was planned in the load.

CAP 547 operation started late due to difficulties getting telemetry
data to TRW/west. 

WE NOW HAVE CONTINUOUS DITHER -- IT REMAINS ENABLED DURING MANEUVERS!
Thanks to the FOT and TRW/west for making this happen!

No new quick look data again -- we haven't had any since pointing out
a possible problem in the 3C273 pointing -- is that purely
coincidental? :)
