Operations (Darrell): - 3 supports last 24 hrs, last one extended to run SCS 107 - 3 good SSR dumps - 2 CAPS, 631 to update ephemeris coefficients, 593 to run SCS 107 Mission Planning (Dan): - JUL16 load approved - Kevin will work today's actions on recovery to operations - Problem in ephemeris coeff uplink, command load uplinked 20 minutes earlier than called for. Did not seem to cause a problem. Investigation of why it happened will be conducted. Spacecraft Engineering (Jeff): - Expected limits violation memo sent out yesterday. - Nanci Kascak wants to have a brief discussion of OTG software tomorrow. SOT (Bill Podgorski): - Proton dose rate was 1E+9 protons/particles/cm2-ster-MeV/hour at peak of event. Orbital fluence was already over the 2.0E+9 budget so need to safe was clear and decision was made. - OTG telecon held yesterday. Need for valid format 4 data throughout entire OTG insertion or retraction was made a firm program requirement (Tony Lavoie). Can do next insertion and retraction with existing products since format 4 can be commanded manually. DSOPS(Joy): - One quick look (see below). GOT(Mike): - All is OK. 3) Quick Look data review(OK unless noted): OBSID Target Time Comment ----- ------ -------------- ------- 00732 SNR 1006/NE/ACIS-S 2000:192:20:42:44 4) Safing action response: - Current attitude good for many days - Last ~1.5 hrs of obsid 642 and all of obsid 786 will be lost for sure. - Make two contingency plans; first to pickup with comet LINEAR 1999 S4 pre-perigee (obsid 584) and second to pickup comet obs post-perigee (obsid 585). - Plan to uplink load at 196:0310 COMM pass if rad levels are OK. - Will be brief tag-up telecon at 12:00pm EDT today 0n 305-503-1181 421 to discuss status
