Several loads uplinked, currently loads for JUL1700 are on-board and activated, good through 203:07:35 VCDU roll-over occurred 198:08:18. Several CAPs and SOPs were run. SOPs to warm boot the ACIS back-end processor and restart the DEA housekeeping runs. CAPs to power down ACIS FEPs, to do a momentum un-loading which would have been done by the load which was stopped, and to set Format 4 during the HETG insertion which was carried out by the SCS load. The HETG insertion by the SCS load was successful, as reported in Jul_16_2000_H360.txt Shift H360 last night. Present contact extended 20 minutes to 15:55, so ACIS can get a completed science run for the MIT ACIS team to analyze. This will give the first indication of what CTI damage may have been done during the recent solar storm. ACE 130-214 proton fluxes down around 3000 particles/cm2-s-ster-MeV. Predicted Kp index down below 4 for the last 24 hours. Together with the EPHIN rates observed during the current real-time pass, a Chandra telecon at 09:30--10:45am EDT reaches concensus that it is okay to continue with the present loads, and resume the science observing program. Quick look data: OBSID 642, ACIS-I observation of NGC 1333, a cluster of pre-main sequence stars inthe Perseus Star Forming cloud. Started 194:23:14, Looks good, but lost last 2 hours when loads were stopped for high radiation. OBSID's 584, 1748--1754. ACIS-S Observations of Comet c/LINEAR from 196:04:47 through 07:43.
