NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS
---------------------

1. Some dropout of telemetry during initial period of contact.
   Reconfiguration at DSS-46 (Canberra) improved data quality.  
   SSR dump begun at ~21:35GMT.  Good dump - completed at ~22:13.


2. the "watch_vcdu" process on coot was not running.  i restarted 
   it during the contact but cannot tell if it is working properly.
   it showed no lost counts (in the latter portion of the contact).
