2) The SQUIRT connection to the GSE (ACA, HRC, ACIS) apparently was broken
   right at AOS (or at least it was discovered then).  I recycled the ACA 
   workstation telemetry monitoring after informing Cambridge Ops, which
   restored ACA workstation functionality (although the individual memshar
   processes needed restarting).  Notified HRC and ACIS in case they need
   to do the same.
