Then resume ACIS-I observation of three distant clusters of galaxies around CL 0848.6+4453, with OBSID 927. NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS TOO target XTE J1550-565 flux is 0.58 Crab, from 6 RXTE ASM measurements yesterday. Notes from 9am status meeting: 2 passes and 2 successful SSR dumps in past 24 hours. Review of MAY0700c was complete yesterday, and this load is approved for uplink. It will run 129:22:32 through 135:13:06. CAP 597 was run to update the onboard ephemeris coefficients. This is a routine monthly process. Star catalog 1.4 has been moved to baseline status -- characteristics updates have been approved by FD CCB and need to be moved from working to baseline status for self-consistent implementation of the AGASC 1.4. FD CCB also approved changes to minimum number of acquisition stars = 4, and minimum number of guide stars = 5. (These will serve as default values. When fewer are available, they will be manually accepted.) The perigee passage at 125:06:50 was the first for which we implemented the new maneuvering to avoid earth shine on the ACIS radiator. ACIS cold radiator only warmed up 9.6 degrees, in contrast to 19.2 degrees warming for the previous passage. ACIS team reported the focal plane temperature remained at -119.9 for the duration of both CTI measurements. Focal plane did warm to a maximum -112.7 deg C, at 125:07:12. Flight Director CCB meeting is to retain its time slot of 2pm on Thursdays. Load reviews on Thursdays will be at 1pm. Load reviews all other days are to be at 2pm. (In both cases, only if load reviews are actually needed.) Signed CAP 598 for routine dump of the thermal control system K-constants, to make sure they are as expected.
