Notes/Issues/Problems
---------------------
- Testing of the HETG insertion and retraction went smoothly and
  according to plan.  In both cases (B-side retract and A-side
  retract), the B-side limit switch worked as expected, showing
  NRET (not retracted) 3 seconds after insertion begin, and then
  RETR (retracted) when the retraction was performed.  Importantly,
  there were no signs of oscillation or bouncing, as had occurred
  in earlier tests using the A-side limit switch.

  In both tests, the A-side limit switch indicated NRET at all times.

- A meeting was held at 7:30 to discuss the results of testing.  In 
  short, the plan now is to proceed with a full test of the B-side,
  essentially repeating the OAC gratings checkout for both
  HETG and LETG.  Assuming success, we will switch to the B-side
  for subsequent operations.

- Rob Cameron noticed that RADMON was not enabled.  We determined
  that in the MAY0700 load, the RADMON enable command occurred at
  130:21:45.  However, the MAY0700 load was terminated this morning,
  and the MAY1000 load starts after 21:45.  The appropriate
  OBC command was issued in the remaining 15 minutes of comm and
  RADMON is now enabled.

- The spacecraft momentum was higher than expected, so a momentum
  dump was commanded.
