Did CAP 563A, CPE warm start, still reading 1. The HETG didn't get inserted. because the new OTG ATS for B side was not in the database, and it wasn't realized, so Chandra tried it on the A side. There are no more grating observations in this week's load. WE will take a look at procedures to see if this can br prevented in the future. Mission planning: The current load was uplinked last Saturday, due to grating anomaly and TOO issues. The star selection issue is being worked. A change in the characteristics file gained a few more stars. Spacecraft eng'ng: Rino notes a change in temperature for the Ultra Stable Oscillator (A). Due to the coarse calibration curve, 1 ount=4.5 deg F, it is toggling a lot. It has changed by ~ 1 count since day 1999:250. Bill Davis sees ~20 usec excursion in clock correlation residuals. These residuals have moved around by up to ~15 usec in the past, however. SOT Lead: saw a transition in OBC errors from 0 -> 1 at about 143:10:57. This normal event was caused by the HRC rampdown ATS. ASCDS: eight new QL observations processed and delivered. Remus is back to full operation. If there is no comment after the entry, it means that there is no record of ascdsops QL processing. If it has been reviewed by SOT Lead, a review evaluation comment is given. If it is in the ascsdops record but not listed as QL processed, the ascdsops comment is given.
