The 2 hr proton fluence alert will now be issued whcn the fluence reaches 1e9, 3 alerts @ 30 min intervals. Then the threshold will be set up to 3e9, and the same sequence of alerts will be issued. This repeats at thresholds of 1,3,9,27,81,243 e9. The orbital fluence will be reset to 0 at the end of each orbit. A new index, the Costello predictor of Kp, is plotted and will be used for alerts.
