SCS 107 ran , kicked off by EPHIN. RADMON tripped at 331:19:46. The cause was high fluxes from the first of 6-7 solar CMEs. We plan to resume normal operations tomorrow at ~ 5:30 am EST, although, we may find that fluxes rise above acceptable levels, requiring us to stay in the safe configuration. ACIS focal plane temperature -119.9 at 01:43 EDT. At the start of comm at 331:22:15 (GMT) the transmitter had not turned on. When commanded on, RADMON was disabled, OBC errors =12, SIM was translated to HRC-S, and EPHIN rates were E1300 63.3 (radmon trigger is 10) P4GM 821.1 (radmon trigger is 300) P41GM 5.8 (radmon trigger is 8.5) From Dan Schwartz: "Summary of telecon at 4:45pm EST, 26 Nov (day 331): We had maneuvered to the new target position for OBSID 2041, the source KI 284, as expected for the timing of the quaternion update and enabling of RADMON after belt passage. We can stay at this orientation only until day 333:16. The telecon decided that ACE rates were so high that we needed to activate SCS 107. However, from the high GOES rates it was predicted that EPHIN would have already run SCS 107. This prediction proved correct." There is "a revised GOT procedure for the routing of data via Squirt1/2 (freefot1 & the egse subnet). This new procedure contains a significant change to the configuration that has been the standard up to this point. The change effects the egse subnet computers."
