I restarted TLM_REC, TLM_MON, ACA_MON and the basic suite of disp/rtplot displays. All looks well, and telemetry file is growing in the tlm/raw directory. 3) Radiation environment: Radiation evironment is still moderate, but generally is declining. EPHIN rates E1300 and P4GM are about 1/5 of the RADMON triggers (see rates in note 1), but the flux is headed downward, and we are approaching the perigee pass safing at about 333:2012. The Costello index is fairly high, hovering around 4.
