NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS From the 9am status meeting: 2 supports 3 dumps. DSS-66 at Madrid was not able to provide CFC error counts, so we did not reset the pointers. We verified that the data received at OCC was good, and reset the SSR pointers prior to the next pass. One load segment was uplinked, loads are good until 289:03:00. Load review yesterday, revised products were circulated this morning, review at 2pm EDT this afternoon. Will execute the routine CAP to update the on-board ephemeris, during the next pass starting at 16:00. A final SSR tagup meeting was held yesterday. The only credible path in the fault tree is for a bit glitch which made the OBC think that recorder A was full or had an error. We know that neither such condition was actually true. The OBC then correctly commanded over to SSR/B. While this cannot be directly proved, i.e., we cannot retrieve the actual bad data which was sent to the OBC, it is the highly likely cause. We have been gathering data on the thermal and power environment with both SSRs powered ON. We are confident that this is a viable operational mode. A CAP will be reviewed to turn off SSR B, as we have acquired sufficient data. (This anticipates future Flight Director's CCB action to run with both recorders ON, and to reset pointers prior to the start of a dump after verifying that we have received good data from the previous dump.) We will do testing of the lunar eclipse patches next week. Lunar eclipse is Oct 28. Meetings today: ACA operations working group at 10 am EDT. 405-244-5060 code 1165# SSR CAP review, 10:30 EDT OTG telecon, 3pm EDT. 405 244 5060, pin 1165# Tomorrow: Review of ops critical software, Action room, 11am EDT.
